Coach, I have been using your drills with my 13 year old daughter for a couple weeks now. We love the drills. Our question is that we have looked at the workouts and worry that everyday is different and knowing that repetition is important, question whether she would ever improve at any specific skill when never really repeating the skill. Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Rex: Thanks for the kind words. Repetition is important, which is why we created the programs. In the programs, players will cover everything they need and they will repeat the skills they need to repeat the appropriate amount. We actually are releasing new programs for younger players next month. These programs will lock in on certain skills and really dive into the breakdowns of those skills so that they can progressively master them. Until then, I would suggest using a program OR just picking 6 or 7 workouts to cycle through. Make sense? Thanks and please let me know if I can ever be any assistance.
